Returns & Exchanges

You may return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags intact. Please note that certain items, such as underwear and masks, are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access your order history through your Rick Owens account or the guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form and RMA are included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Dispatch & Refund

  Drop off the package at an authorized courier location; once received and quality-checked at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
